FAQs
You are able to make order from 9AM to 10PM daily.
For the first 5km only will be charged RM5, subsequent 1KM will be RM1.
We only accept pre-payment through our apps.
Customer can pay by e-wallet (e.g. Touch n Go), online banking or credit card.
Currently, our services are available in Klang Valley and Johor Bahru.
Homebased merchants are also welcomed as long you provide the necessary documents.
We deliver up to 20km radius from the delivery address.
Currently all of the promotions is run by NMooMoo.
Currently our promotion and campaign is applicable to all merchant except special promotion is by invitation if you are entitled.

You will receive your settlement on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday except public holidays.
